Hi, I'm Samu12 from PCM España (http://www.pcmespana.com) and i present a new big online project, the PCM Interforum Championship. Here, you have all you have to know about, and also how to inscribe to play.

Rules

- You can talk with other players in Skype or programs like it. You can negociate with other players the strategic or what you want.

- In games, the host has to "control" the other players so they don't respect each other and they have to tell me who isn't respecting the rules to ban him from the competiton. It's better that the host shows to me a proof of the offense and sends me by PM.

- The host has to export the results when the stage finsihes and send the results to me.

- If you don't choose your team twice, you'll be banned from the competition.

- The pass of our games in Armada mode will be: pcmifc

- Only suscribed players can play.

- AI will be passive and all stages will be played in easy mode.

- Group attacks aren't allowed, you can only attack with 2 riders of your team

- In track mode, blocking other players repeatedly is prohibited, if that happens, you have to take a screenshot and send it to me by PM.

- The database of the championship is a "ladder DB", you can download it here. Only hosts have to download it.

You can play three different championships:

Road Race

First Round

There are 2 groups in each forum.

The round consists of 4 races (Amstel Gold Race, Fleche Wallonne, Liège Bastogne Liège and Lombardy).

The winner of each event passes to the next round.

If you win the first classic you don’t have to play the other three. This qualifies for the next round 8 players, 4 of each group.

Second Round

In the 2nd round participate 8 players.

They race Gent-Wevelgem, E3, Tour des Flanders and Paris-Roubaix.

The first two players in a regularity classement are qualified for the next round.

Third Round

In the 3rd round, 14 players participate divided in two groups (A and  B) of seven players.

If a player can't play one day, third player of his country can replace him one day.

Groups will be decided by draw with the page http://www.sortea2.com

There won't be two players from the same country in the same group.

They race six stages (Houilles ITT, Saint-Gildas-des-Bois - Saint-Malo, Nice TTT, Milano - Sanremo, Fougères - Tours, Tarazona ITT)

The best three players of each group in a regularity classement are qualified for the next round.

Final Round

At this round, 6 players participate.

They race Porto Sant'Elpidio - Porto Sant'Elpidio (Tirreno - Adriatico), Burgos - Peña Cabarga (Vuelta a España), Saint Girons - Bagneres de Bigorre (Tour de France), Silandro - Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Giro d'Italia), Avilés - Alto del Angliru (Vuelta a España) and Gap - Alpe d'Huez (Tour de France).

The winner in a regularity classement is the winner of the Road Race mode in PCM IFC and he's cualified to the Supercup.

Track

1st Round: Scratch (2 groups, 8 first are qualified)

2nd Round: Points Race (6 first qualified)

3rd Round: Keirin 5 Rounds (2 first qualified)

Final Round: Sprint 1vs1 3 Rounds (winner is qualified to Supercup)

Supercup

Here, only track winner and road race winner participate. The Track winner chooses the stage that he wants to play. The road race winner chooses the type of race in track that he wants to play. There’s a draw, and if the road race winner wins it, they play the stage that the Track winner chose. If the track winner wins the draw, they play the track modality that the road race winner chose.

Prizes

We are negociating with Cyanide the prizes, so we don't know yet what they will be about.

For the best players, we have this banners:

Parece ser interessante e agora em tempos de férias, melhor ainda. Eu estou in para estrada. Para se inscrever, é preciso ter conta no PCM Espana?

Hi samu12, there won't be many players participating in your tournament and I will explain why:
PCM 13 is out for less than a month, players are still trying/buying the game so it doesn't make sense to do a competition this early.
I think you don't really know how PCM online works, you don't have much experience organizing this kind of events since I never even saw you playing online at a PCM world cup, for example.
Your forum is new and your community is kinda small at the moment, a big event between PCM communities would have to be hosted by best communities online like PCM Benelux.
Spain has some players playing online regularly on several competitions and none of those players is registered on your forum so I am almost sure that you're not the biggest community of PCM in Spain.

So what I recommend you to do is to join PCM Spain community, http://www.pcmspain.net , see how the community works and then start to create tournaments for your own community, only when you have that kind of experience you'll be able to organize big online events like this one would be. ;)

Edit: Se tiveres dificuldade em perceber eu posso tentar escrever em espanhol. :P

Well, we are a new community but a lot of users come from pcmspain because of problems with some people, so the community is young but with people with experience in this type of competitions. For us, this is the only way to improve. After organizing this competitions we organized others in our community and we know how this works ;)

Edit: Don't worry, I understand english and a bit of portuguese :P

I was the organizer of all online events in the other forum and in mine now, that's not a lot, but I think that if all the forum works it is possible to host a event like it. We haven't got a lot of users yet, because the forum has a few months, but we are improving and every day a lot of people join our community, it's difficult to start without any help, and it's more difficult to be popular in only four months, that's why we organize events like this.

Unless you are Carlos Valverde from Cym Spain, http://www.cym-spain.com/index.php , that's fake. I understand you want your forum to be noticed but I don't understand why are you creating a new community when Spain has already 2.

What i wrote up there was just an advice, you can follow it or ignore it.
