That's true. However, it's allowed according to the few rules you wrote about the second shances. "The players who subscribed for Road and who are eliminated can subsribe for the 'Second Chance' for a place in 1/2 Final." He subscribed for Road and got eliminated. He's fine.
I mean, you're not supposed to expect any player (especially when he is a novice) to guess the rules that you didn't write. And right now, you're just wrong when you decide not to put a guy who followed the rules into a second chance for which, officially, he's got the right to play. I'm just talking about laws and justice, the only thing you're supposed to ensure.
Fortunately, he's not one of those who are seeking troubles. And I'm pretty sure it's fair enough from his opinion.

Also, you should check out every subscription, not just add them as a list, then make a draw. I don't mean that you made any other mistakes before but we can't be sure.

Since the event start we usually wrote it on our posts. I thought all the players know that. Didn't you find a little bit strange that so few player subcribe for the second chance. For example Shadow didn't read it, but he knew it. Ofc make sense that players who were eliminated in the first round of road for exemple, can subscribe the second chance that allows to play the semi final of road.
Btw, didn't we write it on rules? No problem, i will write it now.
Ah, and Shatry playing this second chance was the only thing stupid and unfair today.

The answer you gave shouldn't be the response of an organizer. The simple fact you used this sentence "I thought all the players know that." makes you wrong and irresponsible.

But yeah, Let it be.

My friend, we can't deny something that didn't happen, because we didn't write that. Should we? Yes. But we forgot, and we made a mistake, and humans make mistakes. Does it bother you that much that Shatry can't play? Well, do you want him to play? What I said was not to apologise for anything, but it's a fact that a player that was eliminated in the first rounds can't play in the second chance for the semi final. This is a fact, and we also need cooperation from the players to understand a couple of things. Now, my question is, is this a serious mistake? In my opinion, it isn't, and I'm sure that most people agree with this. And do you know why? It's a insignificant mistake, and that almost no one noticed it. Besides, if they did, they would realise what we are saying, and wouldn't sign up. This is proof that Shatry misenterpreted the rules.
Now if you to try and create a bad environment, and disrupt our work for things that doesn't matter, we can open up a topic specially for you to have fun writing.
